I haven’t posted in a while…at least here…so I apologize. I just finished a gallery obligation of 6 paintings – more on that in a late posting – and trying not get distracted on a fabric project I want to focus on. My initial idea was to capture various personalities and emotions of 25 Blue Jays on 6 X 6 fabric squares. After some calculations – given the border fabric – would have been quite large so I whittled it down to 12 Blue Jays. Still a good number for a nice sized tapestry. I have managed to finish three so here they are.
